There are no limits to vegetable printing. Have you tried stamping a lemon slice? Bell pepper? You'd be amazed at the lettuce, celery or even leaves and wildflowers. We propose you to play with the potatoes, they are a great base to carve the shapes you want and at the same time, they are easily manipulated for the little ones.

In essence, you will need: potatoes, some absorbent paper, a pen or retinal pencil, a knife, a scalpel (if you have it handy), acrylic paint or the least toxic paint possible and some brushes.

You also need the material you want to print on: paper, fabric, wood, the white wall just painted that you don't want to get dirty... etc.

Simple; cut the potatoes in half and dry the excess water on absorbent paper. Draw the shapes you want and cut them out in embossment). Maybe you can divide up these two tasks ;)

That's it, that's all there is to it!
Paint the shape in embossed form and stamp it!

If you let the potatoes dry for a while after cutting out the shape, they will absorb the paint better.
