All purchases made on tribiess.com are subject to the general conditions of sale set out in this document.

Purchases made are distance sales, regulated by Spanish legislation in force on the matter.

Pricing and
promotions

All prices are in euros(€) and include 21% V.A.T. except the cutomers that indicate as a delivery address a non-European Union country (in that case the prices shown do not include V.A.T.). Prices do not include shipping costs.

All prices in our online shop are subject to change. All promotions are valid until the date indicated and in any case while stocks last.

Payments

You can pay for your purchases with:

PayPal for payments with the Paypal account or Visa and Mastercard

PayPal is an international online payment system on secure server (SSL) with the maximum guarantee for security. It is one of the most employed and the safest online payment systems in the world.

Please make sure to cover all related bank handling fees on your end while sending the money.

Gift voucher

If the total amount of the order is greater than the value of your gift certificate, you can pay the difference selecting another payment method. Please remember also that you can use several gift ceritificates in the same order and that it is not necessary to spend the total value of the gift certificate at once, you can use the remaining amount to pay your future orders.

Shipping rates &
delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated automatically when adding items to the shopping cart. At checkout you'll be asked for selecting a desired shipping method. The shipping rates are established based on the geographical area and the total value of your order.

Delivery time varies according to shipping rate you chose:

National; private courier - MRW

Delivery time: maximum 4 working days

European Union; private courier - GLS

Delivery time: maximum 6 working days

Non European Union countries - DHL Express

Delivery time: maximum 10 working days

If exceptionally your order is delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.

Returns &
refunds

In tribiess you have the right to return your purchase, both totally or partially, if you are not satisfied. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you received your purchase*.

If you changed your mind and want to return the order complete, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out and sending us the withdrawal form available here.

Please note that in order to make a change or return a product, the product should not be worn beyond testing purposes, washed or altered in any way, and, if possible, send in its original packaging and with the product's original labels. If it is not returned in the same original packaging, it may suffer a depreciation of its original value.

To return an item, firstly you have to sign in with your username/password in “Personal Data” and from there enter the menu “Order History”. Locate the specific order and click on “Request Return”. You will have to generate a request for each item you want to return or to change.

You will receive a response to your email within the followng 72 hours.

You can track the status of your request at any time, selecting “Returns” from the menu option “More”.

Once your request has been approved you can send us the products through the shipping method of your choice: courier, post... whichever is easiest and most comfortable for you, to the following address:

The status of your return / claim will be changed to “Completed” only after receiving and reviewing the returned products and concluding the chosen settlement. Any refund is made once the product is received at our warehouse and it is always made to the credit/debit card with which you made the purchase or into the bank account from which you made a bank transfer.

Important: Shipping costs generated by returns and refunds are paid by customer except for products delivered erroneously or defective. In this case, please keep the receipts of the expenses and email them to shop@tribiess.com

*Exceptions

Underwear cannot be exchanged or returned. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on these items. We understand that this may be an inconvenience, but we do so to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.

Warranty

In case of a faulty product we guarantee the repair, replacement, price reduction or resolution of the purchase, as appropriate. These transactions incur no costs to the customer and user. We respond to irregularities that occur within two years of delivery. The consumer must inform us of the possible defects within two months of becoming aware of it.

Liability

tribiess.com shall in no way be held liable for the misuse of the products purchased.

We also inform you that the European Commission has created a portal for online dispute resolution (ODR) for all merchants established in the EU that conclude online contracts for the delivery of goods or services.
