It’s 100% organic cotton and its behavior is different from other fabrics as it is an undyed fabric. It is very elastic and at the same time its shrinkage is greater than usual. What shrinks the most is, the length of the sleeves and total length of the garment.

The cause of the shrinkage is not only the temperature of the wash. Most of the washing machine cycles have longer agitation and higher rotation spin cycles and can make a garment shrink more. If the washing is done by hand, the shrinkage is much lower.

That is why, if you’re going to handwash the garment, we recommend choosing one size smaller. If you prefer a long-lasting first wear and you’re going to wash it in the washing machine, we recommend the size that corresponds to the baby’s weight and length, although it can seem oversized before its first wash.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically when adding items to the shopping cart. The shipping rates are established based on the geographical area and the total value of your order. If exceptionally your order is delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
The order is only processed once full payment has been received. Therefore, in the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery time indicated at the time your order is placed starts to run from the moment the payment is received. Please note that an unpaid order is only valid for 7 days. After that period, if payment is not confirmed, the order will be cancelled.

In tribiess you have the right to return your purchase, both totally or partially, if you are not satisfied. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you received your purchase.

Prior to return any product, you should request a return approval in your user's account area at tribiess.com or by writing an email to shop@tribiess.com. Once your request is approved, you can send us the products through the shipping method of your choice: courier, post... whichever is easiest and most comfortable for you. Any refund is made once the product is received at our warehouse and it is always made to the credit/debit card with which you paid the purchase or transferred to your bank account in case the original payment was made by bank transfer.

Please note that in order to return a product, the product should not be worn beyond testing purposes, washed or altered in any way, and, if possible, send in its original packaging and with the product's original labels. If it is not returned in perfect conditions, it may suffer a depreciation of its original value.

Important: Shipping costs generated by returns and refunds are paid by customer except for products delivered erroneously or defective. If that's the case, please keep the receipts of the expenses and email them to shop@tribiess.com.
