Shipping rates are calculated automatically when adding items to the shopping cart. The shipping rates are established based on the geographical area and the total value of your order. If exceptionally your order is delayed, we will contact you by email or phone.
The order is only processed once full payment has been received. Therefore, in the case of orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery time indicated at the time your order is placed starts to run from the moment the payment is received. Please note that an unpaid order is only valid for 7 days. After that period, if payment is not confirmed, the order will be cancelled.

In tribiess you have the right to return your purchase, both totally or partially, if you are not satisfied. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date you received your purchase.

Prior to return any product, you should request a return approval in your user's account area at tribiess.com or by writing an email to shop@tribiess.com. Once your request is approved, you can send us the products through the shipping method of your choice: courier, post... whichever is easiest and most comfortable for you. Any refund is made once the product is received at our warehouse and it is always made to the credit/debit card with which you paid the purchase or transferred to your bank account in case the original payment was made by bank transfer.

Please note that in order to return a product, the product should not be worn beyond testing purposes, washed or altered in any way, and, if possible, send in its original packaging and with the product's original labels. If it is not returned in perfect conditions, it may suffer a depreciation of its original value.

Important: Shipping costs generated by returns and refunds are paid by customer except for products delivered erroneously or defective. If that's the case, please keep the receipts of the expenses and email them to shop@tribiess.com.

If you changed your mind and want to return the order complete, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out and sending us the withdrawal form.

The Revitalising Oil contains antioxidant elements that come from achiote and rosemary essential oils. Sweet almond, jojoba and olive tree oils contribute to moisturise and nourish both the skin and hair. The essential oils of Grapefruit and Lavender tone and leave the skin feeling fresh and healthy.

HOW TO APPLY: Apply with a gentle upward massage all over your body. For hair, apply a small amount of oil from halfway to the tips of the hair and leave for at least 20 minutes. Wash afterwards. *Do not apply to light hair as it could colour it.
